must visit in Budapest , easy to claim the ticket with the QR code. however take note that is not the Klook QR code, there will be separate email with individual QR code sent to your mailbox for the spa entrance ticket by hungariangroup.com. there is no changing room unless you purchase the ticket with private changing room. have spent 4 hours, total 18 indoor pools and 3 outdoor pools. swim suit, towel and slippers is a must for the visit

There are a few key points to know in advance. In addition to the purchase voucher, there will also be a local platform email. Usually, the ticket redemption location is towards the photo location (on the left side facing the main entrance 🫲). If you purchased a private cabin: please be sure to double-check at the counter. A blue wristband means you don't have a private cabin (cabin as pictured), while a yellow wristband means you do. Once inside, the hottest pool is at P5. it was a great experience. just show the QR code received via email at the ticket counter and you can get the wrist band easily. the private cabin was nice and worth the extra money. we enjoyed the spa a lot particularly the outdoor one. make sure you bring swimsuit, towel and slippers. the swimming pool requires swimming cap but we didn’t use it

it’s very huge place but too many people. I went on a weekday but still there are too many people. the indoor pool are small so it’s crowded.

There are several entrances, and it seems that the entrance you can use is determined by your ticket. I was directed to a different entrance (the one in the second photo, not the first). For the cabins, you scan your wristband at the machine that assigns private rooms, and a number will be displayed. An attendant is waiting there to assist you. The outdoor pool in the center was under construction, but we still had plenty of fun. We also checked out the famous chess game!

Although the ticket price seems a bit expensive at first glance, it is about the same price as the official website, and the entry is fast and convenient with no time limit. There are many pools, but unfortunately the large outdoor pool is under renovation. The private room is great, very private, and it is safe to lock your things in it.
