Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- Tour is available in English, Malay or Tamil language. Please let us know your preferred language for your tour at the checkout page
- Please include your your pick up and drop off location address at check out page. *Note: Pick up and drop off place only available at (Kuala Lumpur city center hotel/residence)
- Please be advised that exact travel and tour times cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, including school holidays, peak seasons, traffic, and weather conditions.(You can do a quick search on Google Malaysia Holidays to see upcoming holiday dates!)
