Start with a guided tour of a traditional Florentine market to source fresh ingredients, then learn the secrets behind our famous "Nonna’s Lasagna" and handmade pasta in an intimate small-group setting. This is the original taste of Florence, perfected over two decades.

Highly recommended🫶🏻 The cooking classroom is spacious and clean~ However, the Central Market is not open on Sundays, so there is no trip to go to the market! However, because of the team arrangement (four people with one chef🧑🏻🍳, which is great!), I can cook slowly and slowly ~ I made pappardelle with meat sauce, ravioli and tiramisu😽 and there was red wine with the meal. You can drink whatever you want~~
Great intimate class where you learn a lot and leave full of food and wine (or soda if you prefer). Note that if you book on Sundays the market portion is changed to a tasting in the class as the market is closed.
Very good experience to visit the local central market, to make Italian style dumplings, pasta and tiramisu! I would recommend to everyone!
