I used it from Ha Long to Ninh Binh. I was able to contact them smoothly using whatsapp. They came to pick me up at the hotel. The seats were full, but I was able to get to my destination quickly. I was able to choose between two drop-off locations when I made the reservation, but it would be better if I could specify a location.
