- Each adult can bring one child aged 6 (inclusive) or under, or with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) or less, into the park free of charge. Children who are free of charge based on age range must present their valid ID.

- Applicable venues: This ticket is only applicable to the polar pavilion.
- Applicable to: Suitable for 1 adult under 65 years old. Each adult can bring 1 child under the age of 6 (excluding) or under 1.2 meters (including) in height to enter the park free of charge. Children who are free of charge based on age range must present their valid ID.
- Validity: Each ticket is valid for the named holder only and must be used for admission on the selected date. Multiple entries are allowed.
- Cancellation policy: A full refund is available if the ticket is not redeemed 3 days before the date of visit. No refunds or changes will be allowed after the expiration date.
- Facial Information Collection: To ensure your right to repeatedly enter the venue during your visit, facial information of visitors needs to be recorded at the time of ticket inspection. If you do not wish to enjoy this right, you can inform the ticket inspector that there is no need to record your facial information.

I had a memorable experience at Polar Park. The place is beautiful, clean, and organized. The animals are cute, and there are several interesting animal shows. The cutest is the penguin show. Polar Park is truly a perfect vacation spot for families and children. Buying on Klook is very easy; you can buy it on Klook in less than a day. The price is competitive, and just show the QR code to the staff to enter the Polar Park.

nice place for children many themes with different tickets, a few shows nice to see. easiest access is subway Sun Island station.

time your trip to catch the free show at the entrance (think twice a day) where the penguins will come out to parade. you will get really closed up to the penguins and the kids love it.

Catch all penguins, beluga whales, dolphins, and polar bears in one go. It’s a worthwhile experience. Online shopping is convenient and fast, and you don’t have to pay credit card fees.

It would be fun for kids, but I think a 20-year-old would get bored in 5 minutes. So, I'll come back next time when I have kids. The shows and things were great, so it's probably a pretty good place for kids!!
