Songhua River Sightseeing Cableway

The Songhua River Sightseeing Cableway starts from Tongjiang Square in the south and ends at Sun Island Scenic Area in the north, spanning the Songhua River. It is a well-known sightseeing transportation tool. The cableway is 1156 meters long, and the cableway support in the river is more than 70 meters away from the river surface. Sitting in the car, you can overlook the panoramic view of both sides of the Songhua River, with unlimited scenery.

The Songhua River Sightseeing Cableway is one of the key projects in Harbin, built in 1997 with huge investment. It introduces equipment from the world's senior cableway equipment company, Austria's Doppelmayer, and ranks among the top international cableways today. The cableway is adjacent to Stalin Park, Flood Control Monument, and Central Street, like a jade belt connecting the two sides of the Songhua River.

The Songhua River Sightseeing Cableway is equipped with 19 fully automatic, fully enclosed 8-person luxury gondolas and 6 luxury gondolas. The gondolas have built-in sofas, bars, and stereos, which are comfortable, elegant, warm, and romantic. The cableway runs at a speed of 1-5 meters/second, with varying speeds. You can enjoy the northern scenery and urban style at a leisurely pace. The scenery is unlimited wherever it goes. So far, the cableway has been in operation for more than 20 years, and the safety factor has reached 100%.
