- Luggage larger than 28 inches will be considered as two pieces. Please note that pets, ski equipment, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags or other oversized items cannot be accommodated.

- The operator will indicate the amount of surcharge based on your assigned location before your travel date
- According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 or weighing under 18kg must be seated in a child safety seat; You may request 1 child seat for sedan (Group of 1-3) and 2 child seats for SUV (Group of 1-8)

The vehicle was quite old and lacked air-conditioning; but the driver waited for us at the hotel on time and sent us to the hotel in Kaohsiung from the Kenting hotel. It would be better if the vehicle could be improved.
The driver will contact you before the reservation time, so you can go to Donggang Pier to take the boat smoothly, which is very suitable for people who have already booked the boat ticket.

When placing an order on KLook, I indicated the pick-up location and time, and the charter company would contact me a few days before departure. The driver informed me of the license plate number and whether we needed to leave early the night before departure. On that day, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel ten minutes earlier. He chatted with us along the way and recommended must-buy and must-eat places in Xiaoliuqiu. He was very talkative and polite, and drove steadily. If you don’t want to share a car or take the bus when you set out, and want to save time waiting for traffic, I suggest you consider chartering a car.
Point-to-point pick-up is super convenient, but you need to plan your itinerary in advance, otherwise there will be some trouble. Be aware of remote area surcharges.
The car is clean and spacious, and the driver is also very good. We can start early from Kaohsiung to Kenting. The driver will contact you one or two days before departure. We encountered a typhoon on the way back, so luckily we made a reservation early and set off as usual👍
They said they would contact me by 9 the day before pickup, but they arrived at almost 12 ㅠ_ㅠ While waiting, I was anxious that I might have missed something.. They told me to send an email to the company if I didn't hear from them, but I didn't get a reply or answer my calls, maybe because all the employees had left work....;;; But luckily they contacted me, and the driver arrived right on time! It took about 50 minutes to get to Donggang Ferry Terminal, and I was able to make and return without a hitch!
The driver will arrive early. They will first contact you by message and tell you the license plate number and where to go. not bad. The three suitcases barely fit.
The driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the next hotel. We contacted the manager via Line, as requested in the procedure, and they sent us a photo of the vehicle and its license plate. We were able to communicate in English on Line. We don't regret using this transfer service and will use it again in the future if the opportunity arises.
