    Disgraceful service! I paid for the roundtrip transfer service but the service desk was vacant when we arrived at the airport. I managed to get help from someone who spoke Chinese and rang them. They said a vehicle would be there in ten minutes. I waited over 40 minutes but nobody came. They didn't show up for the return transfer either. Absolutely terrible service considering I had pre-paid and provided all the times, destinations and requested information. They left me and my three children at the airport late at night after a long flight without transport.

    lethe simply takes a booking, send you a confirmation without even checking of this service is still available!!! At 8pm we had to walk all the way to the Klook counter at Hongqiao T2 only to see that nobody was there. The counter was not even operating!! Then I called the EGO service line, only to be told that their service from Hongqiao T2 has been terminated. Look as a booking agent has a responsibility to check regularly and communicate with its service partners. This is very disappointing, especially all of us has helped Klook to become the big company it is now. I have used it many times. And now very DISAPPOINTED!!

    I wouldn’t book this company again. I didn’t even get to use the service. I flew into Hongpiao Airport and based on the instructions, I have to go to the counter on the 1st floor. The counter is not located inside but actually outside of the building. When I got there, there was no one to talk to. I called them and asked them about the shuttle. They asked me if I see any representatives or shuttles that say ego bus I said no. They told me to wait there and someone will come in 15 mins. I waited but when it was beyond 30 mins, I called again. I asked again about the shuttle and the guy stated the same thing but I told him That i haven’t Seen anyone. He told me that he’ll call me back. When he called back, he said that I should just take the taxi. I told him that I booked the shuttle already and he said he can return the money. I told him that it’s my first time here and i don’t want to deal with the taxi and trying to get to my hotel because I don’t speak the language. He said that his manager will give me a call. 5 mins later, his manager called and start speaking Chinese. I told him that I don’t understand. He said that he’ll give me a call back. At that point, I decided to check out the subway. Luckily, I went to the subway because his manager never gave me a call back. This was the worst experience ever. It was supposed to be stress-free and the whole trip was filled stressed. Wasted one hour trying to get a shuttle that I reserved.

    There is no car transfer at all, the customer service can't get in, and no one has been removed from the counter!
