Chengdu Dujiangyan & Panda Valley Private Full-Day Tour

it was a very smooth tour. the driver Lin Bing was on time, and was very helpful with everything. from the entrance to picking us up after every spot, to ordering lunch, and with our luggages before dropping us at the nearest metro. this tour is highly recommended. the driver was excellent. he can communivate properly even with app translator. the best

The day trip to Dujiangyan covers the Panda Valley, Dujiangyan scenic area (irrigation system, temple) and “Chengdu’s most beautiful” bookstore located at a shopping mall. Tickets to the Panda Valley and Dujiangyan attraction were all bought in advance by the agent and we simply had to show our passport at the ticket gantry, so this was very convenient (please note that tour guides are not included in this package). The driver was very punctual, accommodating, and friendly. He brought us to a local spot for lunch (do also note that lunch is not included) after the morning trip to Panda Valley for a nice meal together. After lunch, we were dropped off at the Dujiangyan scenic area where you can either get a local guide to bring you around or just explore on your own. I would recommend getting a local guide as they are very knowledgeable. The bookstore is frankly nothing special and can be skipped. Overall it was a very well organised day trip with transportation in a comfortable car.

This is a fantastic tour. I don’t speak Chinese and the tour guide made it really easy for me to arrange for pick up drop off itinerary, etc. also, it was 1/3 the cost of the hotel tour. Very happy with the value and I got to see the most amazing site… Pandas in their natural habitat.
