- Same day booking: Book at least 6 hours before your pick up time
- Airport pick up and drop off: Chiang Mai airport (CNX) or Chiang Rai airport (CEI) pick up and drop off are available without surcharge. Please indicate in the checkout page and wait at meet up point 15-20 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
Additional information
- One child seat is available for free (only available for childred between 0-110cm). Please indicate your requirement during checkout. Additional child seats are available for an additional fee of THB200 per unit
- The service is available 24 hours
- Driver can speak basic English only
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Pick up and drop offs are limited only to locations in city center
- Surcharge for Tambon Ban Du, Tambon Mae Yao, Tambon Mae Khao Tom and Tambon Tha Sai is THB500
- Pick up and drop offs in locations outside the limits may incur a surcharge of THB500-THB2,000 (to be confirmed by the operator).

Overall good experience. Klook and their agents kept in contact each step of the way and was clear on logistics. Friendly driver did not speak English but was resourceful with communications. Our trip was from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai. We got handed off to a local driver in Chiang Mai and switch cars (I almost felt like I was being trafficked lol) before reaching our destination. All in all we got what we wanted and paid for. Would recommend and use the service again. Klook you rock!

By the time you arrived, it was good to get katok from Klook Thailand (?). I asked if I met with the driver, and I also received an impression of emergency call or contact information by katok message. The driver was, of course, on time, very friendly and good at driving. We suddenly changed our hotel to drop, but we were happy to drop by both places. It's not cheap but I think it's good for those who want to travel comfortably without worrying about it.

We were picked up on time at the hotel. The car is very clean, but drivers cannot speak English. The driver carrying his car did not make us dizzy because the distance traveled from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai requires 3 hours and the journey is quite winding through the mountains.

I booked a ten-person cart from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai. The driver was punctual and arrived early! He also knows a lot of English and can communicate! A large part of the road is under expansion, so the driving time is more than three hours, but after a few years, the driving time between the two cities will be greatly reduced. We stopped at the rest stop on the highway, the toilets were clean, and there were many large local shops, and we got a lot! Haha!
