This is the second time I ordered JR pass at Klook in 9 months' time. The exchange order was received within one week. From my experience, it would be a good idea to get a printout of the date of activation and at least one trip for reserved seats. This will expedite the exchange procedure and avoid any mistake. You can make more reservations on the ticket machine later. Even the price has gone up by almost 70% since my last purchase, JR pass is still worth it if you plan to do a few rides on Shinkansen.

The pass arrived on the expected date. It is easy to redeem in the nearest station where you arrive in Japan. We were able to use it in most of our travel in Japan. You could also use it for the bullet train and Yufuin express train(through reservation).

Best purchased ever… Worth the value. We were able to travel from Osaka to Fukushima then Yamagata, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita then went to Hokkaido and stayed in Sapporo then travelled again to Asahikawa then Wakkanai… Everything was possible because of the JR Pass - Shinkansen and Special Rapid trains❤️❤️❤️

was easy to get our voucher exchanged for our JR passes at Tokyo station. there are signs clearly showing which JR ticket offices do & don't do the exchanges, plus the Japanese locals are beautiful and will stop and help you if you are clearly struggling. (unless tourists keep displaying terrible behaviour and make the locals hate us lol)

very easy to redeem and it was really worth it, since we travelled to 5 cities and got the chance to take a Joyful Train!! Went for the Resort Shirakami and it was sooo scenic! Highly recommend getting the pass if you're going to regions with Joyful Trains, because it's gonna make the trip so much more memorable ✨️

Easy to redeem and totally worth the pass. Plan your trips wisely and you will save a lot money. You can even use it to ride on the ferry to Miyajima island in Hiroshima. Use JR bus in many places. Just worth it

it was so easy to obtain the JR pass thru our exchange order, we exchanged it to our Jr Pass at saga city in fukouka, and used it at huis ten bosch, up to arashiyama zoo in hokkaido, the limited express train like Yufuin no mori is so underrated too
