The gym was a tram ride away. There were yoga mats though! Kitchen not very well equipped. Bit noisy as trams run past.

Once I got into my room, I was really happy. However, I didn't see the communication in my email about having to call and sign in before arriving. I actually wasn't aware that this was the type of place where you get an access code to get in. However, once I arrived and figured it out, the staff were great when I phoned them. Totally professional. The room was comfy and very clean. Great bathroom and shower. I can't complain about the hotel, but the fire alarm went off and woke me up. This was for the whole complex that the Bob W. is in. I also can't blame them for being so high up on Earth that there is only about 4 hours of darkness at night. Overall, I was happy.

The apartment is in a great part of Helsinki, walking distance to the town and most key attractions. If arriving / leaving by ferry the posters are also walking distance. Whilst we find the digital check-in process awkward and the need to pay for an early entry seems unnecessary if the room is ready. Once you’re in the apartment is great for two people. Well designed, nice fixtures, excellent design and all you’d need for a few days having a home from home in the city.

I loved my stay at Bob W. I felt safe and the proximity to main transportation including the bike shop for bike rentals was ideal. Office staff was so welcoming and helpful even when I forgot my code. :) I truly see why Helsinki is a Happy Place! Will definitely come back! Marty

This was a fantastic experience. The woman who I believe manages everything was the best. She helped us check in and showed us the luggage storage which was so nice! The room was very well appointed. My husband loved the French press coffee in the room, and I enjoyed the tea. It is in a fantastic location. We would stay there again! We can recommend it enough!

Bob W is a great place to stay. Very close to the city centre and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront. The tram stop is right at the door and connects to a multitude of tram routes. Very spacious room with a complete kitchen and plenty of storage. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Helsinki.

Room was clean and the location and price is very good

The apartment was excellent, spacious and well-appointed and in a great location. Perfect home away from home for a stay in Helsinki!

The property was exactly what we wanted, good location and everything was as advertised. My only advice is to pay attention to the pre-arrival emails. It was smooth sailing to check in, but there is not the usual front dest. I would highly recommend

External Breakfast poor Clean room yes Check-on process way too complicated (e-mail, sms, whatsapp, web). Why not a simple SMS with all keys (house door, luggage room, apartment number and apartment key)? Otherwise very good apartment and close to Viking terminal in Helsinki.
