It was a basic room no frills. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to Horse shoe bay terminal. It suited us for one night only. The resto attached was not very good and prices were high. Not impressed with the resto .

This property is older. The best part is the Dutch restaurant in the building by the lobby. It's not included but we enjoyed the food.

I had a last minute work trip in Vancouver and booked this hotel as it was one of the more affordable options. The building exterior looks a little drab, but the room was very clean, spacious and bright. The AC was loud but helped keep the temperature down. The front desk staff were very helpful. The one thing I will say is that it was a little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot, because the hotel is on a very busy road and right by an intersection. But once you've figure it out, it's ok. Just need a little patience. Overall, it was a great find and I would definitely stay here again.

Parking was horrible. People were smoking just outside rooms.

We chose the hotel because it was an affordable option prior to our cruise. The staff was very friendly and we got into our rooms several hours early. Although, not on the free shuttle route, it was a short uber to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain. Both great attractions. It was also a quick Uber to the cruise port. Place was nothing fancy but it was clean and a really nice stay. No breakfast but there was a coffee shop on premises and a Tim Horton .4 miles away.

Nicely maintained property. Comfortable beds, nice quiet rooms. Very clean but dated decor. Friendly staff.

No Microwaves, you gotta pay for Microwaves

We are very disappointed with this hotel in Vancouver. The room was not clean, and the mat smelled very bad, like a gas station. There was no sink in the bathroom to brush your teeth. There was also no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. We have never seen a hotel like this before. The staff were not helpful at all. We would not stay here again. I advise the people please check the comments before you book .
