A bit dated but beds were comfy and location excellent

La Habitación estaba limpia buena comida el staff un desastre tratan muy mal a los clientes les molesta que le pidas algo y no les gusta que los llames el servicio en general un desastre

Our family enjoyed a great stay here. We were able to check-in almost hour before the check-in time, and enjoyed the late noon check-out time. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and friendly. And our dog was able to join us!

Great stay. Food is overpriced.

Great and safe location central to everything and walking distance to a lot of places. Beautiful view. Very clean and everything worked well. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel staff where excellent but the rooms need upgrading .

Loved the location, had lunch and breakfast at their bistro and food was good. Room was nice and everything looked clean except the carpet which was very stained and needed cleaned or replaced. Staff were super nice, helpful and very attentive

Most comfortable beds and cleanest bathroom ever! The breakfast buffet was also top.

Very well located, but requires renovation.

Very dated downtown hotel in Vancouver. It appears no renovation or modernization were made to the hotel. A bit of early 90s vibe - feels and smells old. Location is good and so is the staff. Definitely 3-star at best. I would not consider this place again.
