Absolutely amazing hotel….extremely clean

Great hotel. Close to city centre and all tram stops.

Lovely high ceilinged room enclosed bathroom, well equipped kitchen, bed and dining area as well as a stunning view (204).

A great location and would recommend but not when it’s hot as there is no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. We were dreading returning to the hotel in the evenings as it was so hot in the room.

Great location. Staff very helpful.

It has no AC but knowing that they get high temps over a few days and only providing 1 broken fan for 4 ppl in the suite was not acceptable. Bathroom tiles had dust on them from the vent, the vent was full of dust and I guess part of the fluff spread to the tiles. Front desk one person and a queue of guests. Yes they offer self check-in but that system was horrible and constantly showed errors when trying to write the key cards. A good hotel has personal and doesn’t cheap out and cut personell. There such a disconnect between hotel and guests, it just didn’t feel right. Next time we stay somewhere else that’s for sure.

Room was of a good size. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Very clean and nice room. Very hot in the rooms from the heat wave but that’s no so common

Very convenient location in an old monastery. It’s essentially a small apartment. I highly recommend it for families or anyone needing more space and a place to cook.
