I had an excellent stay in the Parkroyal. There are a lot of shopping and eating places in the same building.

Great hospitality and convenient location!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and facilities were great. Good location for my needs.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Parking underneath but paid parking. Room is clean, comfortable bed, with all that you could need: toothbrush and toothpaste, toiletries, TV, good desk and desk lighting for work, iron and ironing board, hangers and wardrobe. Food is good - breakfast lunch and dinner with good hot and cold offerings. Pity that the pool is outdoors during winter but they supply slippers and robes. Good conference spaces. Price per room is still too expensive.

Love this hotel

Nice breakfast with decent variety. I found a bit hard to find after hours meals as the menu is very little and only available in the TV. Overall, good standard hotel, nothing special but pretty decent!

The ginger restaurant was a bit of a miss , calamari overcooked ,and pork belly was not crispy

Stayed in an accessible room. Was fantastic. Huge room, huge bed, huge bathroom with plenty of rails and a shower bench to sit. Was easy to get all around the room and hotel in a wheelchair. Highly recommend.

A very, VERY good hotel conveniently located in the east part of Melbourne. My room was immaculate, very clean and spacious. Bathroom impeccable. Everything was brand new. Every member of the staff has been super efficient and attentive. A very nice restaurant with a good menu. Nice cocktail bar as well. The car park is located under the hotel and is very convenien and cheap. I will definitely get back there and I would recommend it.
