Underground parking was good. Apartment was well set-up

The host is super helpful arranging key pickup after hours and giving us very clear instructions to the parking in the garage. Overall it’s a very comfortable accommodation and easy access from the freeway. I would highly recommend.

I loved how you looked out onto tree tops when you opened all blinds …it felt like we were in the bush and not in the middle of the city . A second couch would be good to add . Thanks

Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful

The place was very clean and the garage was big enough to fit our Van in it.

Clean, tidy and great communication by staff

The room was spacious and comfortable enough. Had everything I needed for a simple night. Parking was free in the parking garage on request. There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space. I was on a rear-facing ground floor room and the outside area was small, had a chain link fence and rubbish along the fence line so was somewhat unappealing. I would suggest requesting upper floor rooms.

Room extremely clean and staff very helpful

Clean room. Easy secure parking option. Working distance to pub for dining.

Great location for Monash University and surrounding suburbs. Friendly staff. Underground parking included
