Very good location, breakfast was very good. Hotel staffs are friendly

Great spacious and comfortable rooms. Units have 2 toilets and AC, which is rare in Europe. Location is about 15 mins walk from the main attractions but you can take free public buses.

An easy 20 minute walk into historic Salzburg, 15 minutes walk from main train station, but bus stop 100m down the road if you opt for public transport to these locations. Helpful staff at front desk. Nil complaints about the room and bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it, and return. Safe are for a solo female traveller.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room and bathroom were not clean on arrival, and basic amenities such as conditioner and toothpaste were not provided. The air conditioning did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower, which are fundamental services that should be available in any hotel. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the concierge, who was rude and unhelpful when assistance was requested. I raised these issues through Expedia after my stay, but the hotel declined to offer any compensation or take responsibility for the problems experienced. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

they were not accommodating at all, rather worked against us to help us with our problems, in one case the staff member at the front desk who i spoke to on the phone was annoyed that i was calling about an issue in the room (the air was not working)

The front desk is very friendly. The sauna is nice. Bus 2 is very close and going to old town and train station. There are two very good restaurants near
