Very nice new and modern Hotel. Convenient access from the Motorway.

The hotel itself was clean and ultra modern and the room was lovely. It is situated just outside of Salzburg, but the bus is easy to get to within a few minutes walk and takes you straight into the town centre. The only downsides are that there is nothing much in walking distance if you fancy a snack or to get some drinks. Ideally, it would be great if the hotel had a small shop to get these items or even a vending machine. The bar/ restaurant is closed after breakfast on a Sunday and Monday which is a bit strange and does not help the situation. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

Room and property were immaculately clean and looked brand new. Very modern. Sky bar was great for a cocktail. Front desk very nice. Short 10-15 min drive to city center.

Very modern hotel with state of the art everything. Comfortable rooms and large bathroom with great shower. A bit out of the way from city center but not that difficult to use public transport to get into the city. I can’t really comment on amenities because we didn’t really use the facility except to sleep. Was a bit disappointed that they don’t provide bottled water as most hotels do. Comment was made that there’s no need for bottled water because the Austrian water is pure and can be taken from the faucet; but unless you have your own container, you can’t take the water with you on the tram. A minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nevertheless. Staff could have been friendlier; very stiff and formal except for one gentleman who was very helpful. Because of the location (literally next to the convention center), this seems to be a hotel that caters more to business people than to tourists and perhaps that is the reason why the friendliness we’ve come to expect from hotel staff was lacking. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful hotel, very nicely appointed and a perfect location for anyone using the convention center.

Clean,comfortable well located hotel. Rooms very quiet with comfortable beds and good size bathroom. Restaurant and bar closed on a Sunday and Monday and with nothing close by this is an inconvenience. Great about Salzburg is the Hotel issue you with a guest mobility ticket which allows access to all transport free of charge.

Relatively new hotel, at the edge of the city, two bus stops 8 minutes away. Got a room on the corner, view on two sides, but it was foggy outside. We paid for breakfast with Expedia but did not received as hotel said :" have no information about breakfast included" I noticed nice works around edges, silicone binding very well done but bathroom furniture presents cracks already. What was shocking is the view from the toilet in the room and vice-versa. Who is the crazy, no brain architect? Why do I want to see from the room, from the bed, someone sitiing on the toilet???? Why???? Also it's not comfortable sitting on the toilet knowing the other person can see you directly from the bed. Are you normal? Cover the left and right of the mirror immediately

This hotel exceeded expectations! The entire place was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a ton of choices and was delicious! Highly recommend cool mama!

Fantastic view (can see the snow mountain without any blocking), fantastic breakfast experience. Receptionist are helpful

Staff were all really nice, friendly, congenial and knew their way around the situation. All in all a jolly good show. The room was very nice indeed and you can sit about in the bath tub looking out across the snow capped mountain whilst watching generalised erotica on the television, which is always nice!! I usually enjoy a spicy cigar whilst bathing, but it was a no no due to the room being hermetically sealed around me, without the option of opening a window but if you are into that kind of stuff then it is a very good room indeed. Lots of interesting buttons to knock you bandy and keep you wondering where exactly the light is eminating from, under the bed? in the bathroom? by the minibar?, the lighting permutations are endless. The resteraunt was closed on the monday I checked in so I was a little hangry but on tuesday I visited the uppermost extremity of the edifice, and found the cuisine to be absolutely wonderful. The meal was absolutely amazing. I know food and so does their chef. The steak was the best I have had in weeks and the pepper sauce good. Do yourself a favour and check in for a few days of bathing and eating etc.
