Noises at night it has to be more

There was no onsite staff, but the virtual staff were helpful.

Very good hostal in the center of gran via. The room was small and didnt have an air conditioner as ir promise in the reserve, that was our major inconvenient. Instead this, the room was clean and well mainteined. The access to the building sometimes is unconfortable because we need to wait for someone to open the street access, but the young man was really attentive and everything ok. For a night scale in madrid is a perfect place.

El check in fue super sencillo. Habitacion limpia y comoda. Baño como nuevo. Super centrico. Muy buena opcion

Clean room with bathroom. It’s a hostel so there is no staff or amenities. Good room and excellent location on Grand Via. Within walking distance to many attractions. Easy electronic check-in and out.

The hostal was convenient and well located. But the amenities offered wasnt complete. I reserve a room with air conditioner but it wasnt one in the room. I stay because only need rest for a few hours, but was disapointed by this issue. The room was very small but confortable and clean, if you need a quick stay its ok.

walkable distance to the city centre

Worst night ever in any hotel booked on Expedia and I've booked a lot of them in the past 20 years. The room was small but I knew that. I booked it for it's location. I also booked it because it says Air Conditionned in the description. A must have in July in Madrid! This is false. There is only a ceiling fan, no air contionned. It was so hot, it was impossible to sleep. With the window opened, it was also just impossible to sleep because this part of the city is very noisy. I hope Expedia will ask the property to change their description of the rooms so that people know what they are to expect.

Clean and well kept room. Excellent location.

Great location, excellent customer service
