This place was terrible was no one to communicate it was some robotic that cancel my reservation and they don’t want to refund my money there were not one at the desk since it’s like a apartment building I will never stay in any property from this people ever cost me problem

Excellent location! Very easy to get in and out. Communication was great. Shower was broken but host responded right away to get it fixed the next day.

Convenient apt centric to main attractions and walking distance to main streets (la castellana and gran via), plaza Cibeles, puerta de Alcalá, parque de El Retiro. The AC worked great even during our stay in the summer. Clean and well equipped apartment.
