Really well-appointed flat with all you need. Easy check in and very central area. We had a lovely stay - thanks!

Everything was nice and location was perfect

Excelente ubicacion

Hotel was big and very clean. Having two washrooms was a bonus for a family of 5. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Location was great, close to Metro and lots of restaurants. The only negative thing I have for this location is the noice because it was Pride Month the streets were packed and noisy up until 5am.

There was an earthquake in my country and couldn’t make the trip. Contacted the property almost the same day and they didn’t help us with looking for a solution that could at least help both sides. Either way I doubt that weren’t able to rebook our room and even if they weren’t I’m sure they could’ve been more understanding and helpful since this was a natural disaster an even the airport was affected. Super sad and disappointed.

A/C works awesome, the temperature in Madrid was very hot...

Great location

The area is not good for families with young children. LGTB neighborhood with way to many stores with pictures not appropriate for children to see.It is very close to everything.

Nice apartment located close to all main attractions in Madrid BUT without AC or Fan, we stayed only one night, and it was my hottest night in Europe, couldn't sleep. Supposedly they have AC but it doesn't work. We were six people spread around the different rooms, and we all felt the same. The rest was all fine. The just need to fix this issue since the temperature in Madrid was over 90 degrees during the day. Thank you

The property was ok however there seems to be a bar next to it and since the windows have a big gap, it is very loud a night. Also, the elevators don't work sometimes so we have to use a creeky stairs to go down. It would also be nice if they check the Free coffee they have as the creamer we had was spoiled.
