Heals our luggage on pre checkin. Girls were great however the fella that checked us in not so great. I had to return to the desk 3 Times didn’t explain the card system to us . One phone in room didn’t work to call the desk and air conditioner was off at 30c weather. We ordered dinner after a very long day. Chicken breast & Raisin Salad the chicken wasn’t even warm . My husbands chicken had bones in it and half was a drumstick. Mine was just cold. So my dinner consisted of a thin slice of Cucumber and a few leaves of spinach. Our waiter never can back to check on us at all after the food was delivered! We sat there for at least 1:2 hr and No one came back!!! Finally my husband had to leave for the bathroom and I stayed at the table trying to get someone’s attention at the Restaurant/Bar finally the gal clearing tables got someone else to come over. I explained, he took the plates and still I sat for 10 min and no one came to me at our table. I then walked past the Bar and told home I’m leaving and he said I wouldn’t be charged. Guess Not I didn’t get my dinner!! Breakfasts was outstanding!

We enjoyed our stay

Property was clean. The rooms are spacious and are decently maintained. I appreciated the spacious bathroom as they are typically small in Europe. Free water in the room was also nice.

Amazing stay, rooms, food, parking, amenities all 5 stars. Very clean, very friendly staff, rooms had lots of light and space. A fridge one could actually use. Amazing mattress and pillows, great water pressure. And then I must say that I stay in a LOT of hotels and I think this one had the best hairdryer I have ever had in a hotel. For those who care ;)

Very good location, not luxurious but good enough for a weekend. Rooftop pool was small so make sure you get there early to get a space but staff were friendly and good.

Nice hotel in location close to transportation. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I felt welcome.
