Very well located in a quiet residential area not far from Ave Diagonal and many cafes and eating places close by Staff were very helpful Loved the place

Loved the location Helpful staff Coming back to stay from 12-14 July Hopeful they'll give me early check in as coming in from a cruise

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The room is very small and lacks space for luggage; the furniture makes it feel cramped, though it does have the essentials. The bed is good; the shower is ok. The hotel feels old, neglected, dark, and run-down. The location isn't bad and the street is quiet; however, the elevator is very noisy, and you can hear it running during the night. The air conditioning worked well. The daytime receptionist was quite helpful, but the night receptionist wouldn't even look at you when you entered or left the hotel. My room had a tiny window facing the back of the building, which made the time spent in the room very unpleasant. They could improve the amenities; the shampoo and soap seemed to be the exact same product.

Fast internet, always was at a great temperature the air conditioning and room was made every day

Nice place to stay for work trips

room spacious and clean

average for cost of stay

Great room, complete breakfast buffet for reasonable price, location near Gaudi Parc and downtown via bus. Staff very helpful

I had a lovely experience

Couple of warnings: the hotel has smokers room s and they do not ask for preference smoker / no smoker. As of Oct 2025 there is construction in the building. Loud noice all day long.
