This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast.

The property and staff was nice. Food was okay okay. Being a vegetarian, if there may be some more options. It would be better.
However the property was nice 😊

Suit is good but very limited storage space if you stay in the hotel for a few days/weeks. Couple cabinets could improve this situation.

超讚 Helpful staff and a good location. Have stayed twice, and both rooms had at least partial mountain views. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.
Ceramic, rather than plastic, mugs in the room could have improved the experience.

還好 Never happy with a Hotel that allows smoking on their property. And then they only offer you a smoking room since all their non smoking rooms were booked.
