Information about parking registration must be correct.It didn't say that in the information, so I almost paid for the parking.Everything else was so good.

위치가 아주 좋고 상가도 많아 편리했어요

It is a self check in, with the information being in Korean. If there was someone working the desk, the check in would have be easier. Very nice building, close to the subway.

Great room. Not a hotel just an apartment in an apartment building. No front desk, just a kiosk. Impossible to reach out to the host and communication was only on Korean, not friendly to international travelers. Great room though!

Really great facility and location if you have business around songdo and incheon. Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the fact that the hotel did NOT provide the check in code for the automatic kiosk (which is the only way to check in and get the key cards). When I arrived and tried to check in, I realized this, and tried to reach out through expedia, the hotel's kakaotalk channel, for the code and got completely ghosted and they never responded for hours, locking me out. I had to borrow a friend's phone to call their Korean customer service number, and was finally able to get the check in code. Very annoying. The bidet was also broken, but that was the only other issue.

화장실 휴지가 여유분이 없었다는거빼곤 백쩜이에요!

Good to stay a night.

No receptionist / front desk to solve customer problem.

Small great place . Also clean compare the price I real enjoy room . Good thing washer and dryer I will be back next trip.

Room and building are fairly new and clean. Satisfied with serviced two water bottles and new towels everyday. I will go back when I have a chance.
