松島中央公園飯店 (The Central Park Hotel Songdo)

The location was good and looks out on the park. However, I had some unfortunate experiences. The AC kept resetting over night. I would turn down the AC to my desired temperature (20C) and then when I woke up it would be hot in the room (with the AC set at 26C). This didn't change even after I requested help from the front desk. Also some of my clothes went missing (my pj shirt and shorts). Lastly, all of the treadmills in the gym were broken and the door got stuck closed at least once. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

This hotel was booked in error and the minute I realized the error which was in seconds, I immediately tried to cancel. They wouldnt return the money and they upheld the cancellation fee. Zero lack of understanding and empathy! Total crooks!!!

The breakfast buffet was a great addition with many options to choose from as early as 630am, which came in handy given that we were in Incheon for a work conference. We serviced our laundry and everything came back in great condition/promptly. The AC in the hotel room worked great, staff cleaned the room daily/replaced towels, and we appreciated the free water bottles left in the fridge. In terms of drawbacks, there was no AC in the fitness centre and equipment was limited. Also, none of the treadmills were working during our stay. The hotel restaurant/bar also closed relatively early (930pm).

Big room and confortable bed. Amazing view and great location. Room was spotless.

Very clean but a bit outdated and under maintained. The rooms are good size and very clean, but I had an issue with water draining in the shower and sometimes it took very long time getting hot water. Bottom line - no a bad choise when traveling on a budget, but it would not be my recommendation when there other alternatives clock by.

Friendly , efficient staff. Amazing clean room with lots of space, wonderful jetted bathtub. Breakfast buffet had a lovely array of food. The coffee was delicious. Grab was easy to get to and from here into the city and to the airport. Beautiful surroundings as it is directly across from the Central Park and has a multitude of accessible restaurants

I found the staff less than friendly and discourteous. Starting with the check in clerk who was clearly not ready to assist for a check in, was less than helpful and curt. When another clerk asked what she was doing, she said, I got it, and co tinged to do what she was doing rather than check us in. When we were leaving to drop the key off, another clerk let people cut in line to drop off their keys and when it was our turn, she was curt and unfriendly. The shower in our room was not operating properly. It needed adjusting because it was spraying water all over outside the shower.
