The room, staff and WiFi was all excellent. I love the location of this hotel and would come back. The only thing that wasn’t appealing is there are no elevators or ice machines. I didn’t get to try breakfast but I saw that there wasn’t much to offer

Wonderful hotel with joined family room for teenagers, worked so well. Perfect location for traveling and seeing the sights, with no need to catch taxis, or stress to find the hotel when you arrive late at night as we did. Hotel has a touch pad with a code for east entry after hours. Perfect location! Only downside was tiny shower, and I mean tiny! But it worked and it was not a deal breaker at all. We skipped breakfast at the hotel as too many places to eat close by, (next door). 5 min walk from train station. Get up early and 6-7am to see empty streets and perfect photos! Book a gondola ride, set prices so no haggling needed. They offered to hold our bags, but it was not needed. Use the public transport for 24-48 hours on a pass you can buy at the pick up point by the train station. They hop on and off all over Venice for your whole stay. 2 days was plenty to explore for the first time.

Good location within few blocks from the train station, we didn’t have to be dragging luggage to far like I saw so many people doing, there is a market very close also which it was very convenient

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful front desk staff who were very accommodating to let us drop our bags early. An excellent place to stay at the entry point of Venice to avoid commuting in, and still be close to the center of everything to see.

VERY, VERY, VERY CLEAN establishment. Convenient to great nightlife near the Jewish Ghetto. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very well-kept property. A hidden gem in Venice. Would stay here again for sure.

Rooms were a bit small and basic. However, they were clean and overall satisfactory. Staff were very nice and helpful. We needed to leave early for a tour but, they arranged a small package of food ahead of time. Location was also very close to train station and vaporetto which was convenient. You need to carry your luggage up to Floors 1 & 2. My room was quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street. Overall, a solid choice, if you want to be near transportation hubs and want your hotel close by when you arrive into Venice.

it was close to the bus and water taxi. Staff were very nice even gave me a birthday gift. There were 2 days we couldn't eat breakfast so they would pack something in the morning for us which was very thoughtful. It was too small in the bedroom for 3 and too small in the washroom.

Great location and friendly staff. AC was great!

As a single older female solo traveller arriving late at night for a first time stay in Venice the short walk from the train station was simple and felt safe. Welcoming hostess, lovely clean room. Great walkable location. Everything I needed! Perfect for me!

Air-conditioning was not great, but the windows opened room was clean
