All of it nice place will return

Overall good except these two things: Cash only - for international travellers who doesn’t carry a lot of cash, they should have card options. Not accommodating for a one hour request of check out (for one room only). I booked total of 3 rooms for my stay, and I’m being charged for that request. Mainly for a flight cancelled/moved to a later time of day.

Charles Rahim loved St Ellis. The big guy working at the restaurant last Tuesday and wed was so nice and so professional. All the staff at the restaurant are so professional and friendly and they go the extra mile. Parking was good. Location close to Ayala Centre small shopping centre .

I stayed at this hotel. It was my first time there, I really liked it, it was very clean, the people were friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent, 5 stars.

Property was very clean and daily breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel rooms are clean and staff ate outstanding. Only comment I have because of the old hotel building you can smell the old musty smell

Great Hotel. Staff attentive to guests. Wonderful Xmas Buffet.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The staff was always very professional and well groomed. They made me feel like family.

Awesome

It’s all wonderful but the air conditioning is blowing in my face at night and dry my throat. I can’t redirect
