The room, facing the canal, had a very nice view. Aircon was strong, staff was really friendly, and the room was very clean.

The AC was broke and did not work. They did not seem worried at all. The next morning they did comment how hot it was in room and comped a coffee. Thanks 👎

Hotel was clean, nice size rooms and restaurants. Location is good as well. Only negative was the AC which was fairly useless and controlled by the front desk.

A really beautiful place in Venice! Note Apple Maps has the address as an alley and a private residence. But once we found the place it was a perfect jumping off point for two days in Venice. Would stay again.

Fantastic location, nice outdoor lounge area, modern option amongst many dates looking hotels, restaurant staff a little inexperienced but lovely and put in effort to help their customers. Shower pressure wasn’t working well but for short two night stay we coped. Reception desk unmanned both times I was there.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Located in a quieter neighborhood but walkable to many attractions.
