room is clean， nice balcony view

Good rooms, amazing city, terrible service. The rooms were average size, quiet, and very clean. The neighbourhood is lovely, and positioned conveniently close to the train station and transit. Customer service was disappointing, though: every staff interaction gave a clear impression that guests were an annoyance. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, the hotel is fine. If you’re looking for your hotel to be part of your Venice experience, I’d look elsewhere.

The staff were wonderful! They could not have been more pleasant and helpful

Staff were helpful. Air conditioning didn’t work well.

Great location, beautiful rooms and helpful staff. Everything was as it should. The only "negative" is that there is no fitness center on site. You have to walk about 15 minutes over to the Sheraton and use theirs. But, I did and that was fine. I would highly recommend the property.

We liked the location of the hotel . Very near the bus station and the train station

Great location, beautiful hotel , helpful staff and wonderful breakfast!

Beautiful place very clean staff was very helpful Breakfast amazing definitely I will stay again

It’s my 5th stay at least. Always great

The Papadopoli is an excellent hotel! Location is excellent being within walking distance to the train station. It has a very luxurious feel. All the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. Several great restaurants and shops are very close-by. It's always had to tell from online booking how good a hotel will really be. This hotel was a real treat!
