José on reception looked after us really well. No breakfast was available during our stay but he directed us to a great little spot, best churros in town!

Had ground floor room, there was a screen on bottom of window but still had people looking in, some obscure glass at bottom would have made it private. Chairs on rooftop very uncomfortable

Bottom line: disappointing. Long version: there is no access to the hotel by car. It is a 6 minute walk with luggage from an expensive public parking lot. The check in spot was unclear from the reservation confirmation and there were 2 adresses provided. The room is very small. Breakfast was embarrassing. One type of cheese. One fruit. Minimal bread. Several serving plates stood empty and we needed to ask several times for them to be refilled. when we asked the staff for cappuccino (there was a cappuccino machine which was working) we were referred to an automated coffee machine and eventually we bought proper coffee in a nearby cafe Last, my partner felt ill. We asked for extra 2 hours but late check out was only possible for an extra fee.

The most amazing experience with the staff. Very friendly and pleasant as well very accommodating any request and collaboration Very comfortable room. Beautiful building, great terrace. Quiet and very central area Great quality bed sheets and pillows

The room and hotel was soo nice and pretty! We really enjoyed the say at this hotel, it made our trip to Sevilla! The staff was soo kind and helpful with everything and always made sure to check back on us :) Would love to come back

Loved everything: the neighborhood, the tasteful decor, the cleanliness and the proximity to everything important to us.

Horrible experience. Although the location is great, service is completely pathetic. Upon check in, the staff in reception were rude. After entering my room there was no toilet paper and when I contacted front desk they sent napkins and said “good night”. No customer care whatsoever! The AC didnt work at all so the room was really hot at night, and the bed… oh my god…like sleeping ina the floor. Horrible pillows, horrible mattress. I guess i fell for the trap of “bouitique hotel” which i associated to quality and small details. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
