Todo el staff es muy amable, la cama estaba deliciosa, el desayuno bufete variado y rico. Afuera hay una parada de autobús entonces eso lo hace aún más conveniente. 100% recomendable.

Lovely breakfast and excellent location

Clean and modern, with a spacious lobby. Room was very comfortable, excellent towels and pillows

old but renewed rooms. Good location.

Room was very clean. Staff was helpful, even provided us a map and marked out the prominent to see attractions and the directions from the hotel. Cannot comment on breakfast as did not opt for it. The location is superb. It is near bus station and walking distance to all the major attractions and right below hotel were many eateries and shops. Only one jarring note that management may want to look into is that on their website, it mentioned that for sundays and mondays, late checkout up to 3pm is possible. However, when we ask the desk about it since we checking out on Monday, the staff does not seem to know and keep saying 12pm. Before arriving, we were happy knowing that we could still do some sightseeing, and leisurely check out at 2pm to catch our 3pm bus to Lisbon, thinking how great and different this hotel is to allow that, only for our raised expectations to be dashed. So, kindly update your website if late checkout option is no longer available.

Location was excellent for all major attractions and Triana dinner options. Beautiful room, loved the balcony. Excellent bed and bedding, slept like a rock. Extremely helpful staff, sharing maps and tips about the area. Only issue was a lack of hot water in the shower the last morning. If we ever go back, we will stay there again.

Really clean room, helpful staff and fantastic location.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We felt safe while staying there. Only complaint was the AC was not cold. It blew cold air but not AC cold air, this made the room very warm. We were only there two nights so we did not make a fuss with asking staff about it.

Well Located, Great Staff

Friendly helpful staff. As a solo traveler i felt very at home and safe. Room was adequate with very decent sized bathroom. Secure building. Breakfast each day was incredible!! Room was quiet with no noise from the road. Fantastic location. Bridge for walking to Triesta close, lots of dining available. If i return, i will stay here again
