Very good place with a good breakfast. I am glad I included the breakfast, it worth every penny.

The property was nice and clean but most importantly the service was exceptional... Zouhir was amazing and showed a great deal of care with ensuring guests were looked after.

Perfect. Sufficient for my requirements. Transport using the metro to Messe Frankfurt was brilliant. Directly from around the corner of Hotel to directly outside the Messe entrance. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide a good service. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. Shower was good and clean. Breakfast was good quality and a good selection. No chef for making omelette etc but the scrambled egg option was fine. No supermarket nearby unless you take the metro to next stop(s) etc Parking is available on street for free if you can find space (though I did get away from parking where the sign says no parking for a night) Would stay here again.

On both Monday and Tuesday evenings the 23 hour cafeteria was closed. In Wednesday it was open but in serving pizza. Very disappointing as they have a large screen in the cafeteria advertising their new menu and the various options which are meant to be available. When I arrived on Monday evening there was A queue of around 20 people waiting to be checked in and only 2 members of staff on hand to check in customers. Shame as, otherwise, this was a decent hotel.

Parking garage entrance and exit not working properly causing delays. Poor signage in and at the garage made it confusing to navigate (e.g, to not end up in an adjoining apartment's stairwell!) Very cramped entrance roadway area causes traffic issues too. Openable window in room wouldn't seal fully, on a noisy night. Room was relatively dark, even by hotel standards (which tend not to have a central bright light). Otherwise it was a nice modern hotel at a decent rate, although sometimes 'trying too hard' with the bits of modern artwork on the walls...
