Our Trip to Thailand for our 16th anniversary was simply amazing. Thailand is a must go. Avani was a wonderful part of our experience with gracious staff, and need to shout out to Yob, Who was there for us everyday to assist us and get us up and down the mountain from our villa to the lobby so many times....Our pool villa was fantastic and strongly recommend. all the staff at Avani were there for us. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay at Avani.

The Hotel is OK but we had a ton of bugs and mosquitos in the room constantly and even after we complained and the staff sprayed the room, they still showed up, in the shower specially, I am not sure the reason, but it appeared as though the bugs are coming through the ceiling in the bathroom.

Great view, helpful and friendly staff. Clean property and overall hotel. Some renovations are needed in the room, there were some ants but the staff quickly helped to remove them. Breakfast could be better but overall has variety. Biggest thing about this hotel is the location and its staff. Walkable to everything.

The hotel was completely misrepresented compared to the listing. The photos give the impression of a peaceful beachfront location; however, in reality the property is situated on a busy strip with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning and starting again shortly after. This made it extremely difficult to relax or sleep, significantly impacting our stay. We were initially placed in a room with a balcony overlooking a car park, which did not match the expectations set by the listing. After raising this with staff, we were moved; however, the new room—although offering a mountain view—was directly on the main road and was extremely noisy. Overall, the hotel is presented as a relaxing, “paradise” destination, but in reality it is more comparable to a loud, party-style hotel. This is a clear misrepresentation of the property and falls well below what was advertised and what we paid for. As this booking was made through Hotels.com, I am asking you to review this case and arrange appropriate compensation. Given the circumstances, I believe a [full / significant partial] refund is justified. I have supporting evidence, including photos and documentation, and would appreciate a prompt resolution.

Great place to stay, fantastic breakfast provided & the staff were amazing. Plenty of restaurants on your doorstep and shopping. The pool and views were beautiful.

Breakfast was great the chef greeted me by name each day knowing I had an avocado allergy. I would not recommend this hotel for people with major mobilization problems, it’s beautiful but many stairs 3 different elevators from Lobby to top small cars are available for transport to higher level.
