We had a very good stay here and hotel was clean and well located. Breakfast was very good. We didn’t like Aonang and weee disappointed with the town , our issue not the hotels. Staff were helpful , but honestly weren’t as friendly as other places we had stayed. However recommended for a stay in Aonang.

If you are a family of 4 (2 kids) family room they offer is not suitable at all. Room has one king size bed for two people , one single ( or very small double) for one person only and a bench under the window which they call a bed. Child older then 4 years old won’t fit on that bench so be careful , they charge for extra bed. Reception staff barely speak English and to explain that my 12 years old child can not fit on that bench was a struggle. Mosquitoes in the room in the bathroom , they live there, we were bitten during the night even though we sprayed the room And used smoky anti mosquito coils. The Main Street is full of shops they sell plastic crap, next time I would avoid this area at all. Beach is dirty , plastic floats everywhere, water is very murky and dirty, much better is railway beach. Would not stay in this area next time, too commercial

Overall id rate this place 9/10 its more ot a high end hotel then a resort but for the price ans location across from the beach just minutes away its worth it. The breakfest buffet was delicious and the staff amazing the biggest issued was ha ing to log back into wifi and at times only worked outside the room on while in it besided thst great stay will be back if im in krabi

Excellent hotel, perfect location but still felt secluded !

I got CATFISHED! Pictures on the website do not match the reality. We booked the deluxe room. Right away as we walked to the building that our room was located in, we can tell the building was old and run down. Hallway was dirty, light flickering, spider webs across ceiling. We got into our room and it looked like a roach motel. The worst part, it was a connecting room that did not lock meaning whoever stayed on the other side had access to our room. We tested it and we were able to unlock their room and vice versa. We had our rooms changed. Our new room wasn’t any better as far as cleanliness. The shower was full of black mold, room smelled like mold and very outdated. I turned on the AC + the smaller portable unit next to the bed and hooked up my charger for my phone and the power in the building went out LOL We checked out and went to Centara, waaaaaaaaay better resort.

They do not offer conditioner in the rooms.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach and attractions. Pool area is very nice.

The location was good. The staff were kind, welcoming and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t great
