Hotel Emm was a great value for the money. The room was clean and spacious, the pool was well maintained, and great the hotel offered bicycles to use. The main area of old town is fairly close but with the Hoi An heat I ended up booking a Grab bike most days.

Booked the hotel as somewhere nice in Hoi An, but was disappointed. It’s in need of a bit of tlc and was noisy at night coming from within the hotel itself

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall, it offered a solid and comfortable experience. The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, with a wide variety of options available, and all of it was delicious. The room itself was fantastic: clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for to a high standard. It provided a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel’s central location made it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The property as a whole is in good condition and well managed. I would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.

Clean and basic everything you need. Great location, and quick bike rides in to main areas. Cheap rooms great value for money and pool bonus.

Room was cleaned daily and towels replaced. The included breakfast was good. Staff are very accommodating.

Very enjoyable stay, about 1 km walk from old town can traveling about 15 minutes by foot. Very safe

The hotel is located in a good location with close-by shop and restaurants. The walking distance to Hoi An’s old town is manageable.

Staff were excellent.

The family, friendly atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. Great location easy to get around the area.

Clean, friendly Staff. Made use of bikes; definitely a plus.
