Lovely small hotel, with excellent staff. And the pool was a godsend!

The hotel was fine, the room was spacious and clean. The staff was frustrating though. At check in they asked if was going to pay with a credit card or cash, when I said credit card they said no and told me I needed to go to the ATM. They just kept telling me no saying credit cards were too expensive for them. With no consideration that ATMs were expensive for me. Then they gave me a 10 minute sales pitch for different shops and tours. When I tried to interrupt to say I had already booked the tours I wanted, they didn't care and just kept going. And they kept trying to sell me something every time they saw me. I had to avoid the reception area to get some peace. And then at check out they again tried to tell me no when I wanted to use me card. I was only able to check out after I gave them all the cash I had and then they let me use my card for the rest. Overall, nice hotel, but overwhelming staff.

Very nice

Excellent, the best place to stay in Hoi An, wonderful and peaceful place

Love the place and the staffs who attend your needs when ask for help. Excellent breakfast! Would definitely recommended for friends and family.

Excellent breakfast! Friendly and knowledgeable staffs who give excellent information for all the needs for an enjoyable staying in Hoi An. Will definitely recommend for friends and family. Thank you!

I loved my stay at Zen Villa. So peaceful and relaxing. Vie did everything she could to make me feel comfortable-got me a fresh vegan Bahn mi for my breakfast every morning and ensured I had some soy milk for my coffee. The room is very comfortable and the bed nice and big. The bikes need a refresh as the breaks didn’t work well and the chain came off but all in all ok. Location was good.

The property is small (only a few rooms) which gives it a cozy vibe. The staff is amazing and very accommodating… they went out of their way multiple times to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are big, clean and the bed is super comfortable. The only problem with this hotel is it gets a bit too cold in winter. The property in general would be much better in summer, as everything is “open”. the pool is beautiful but too cold to swim. (Common occurrence in Vietnam). The location is great! The breakfast is very tasty and great quality- my only suggestion would be to add a few more options. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! Thank you

Really a lovely place to relaxed, nicely designed, I wish I had stayed longer.

A little gem within easy reach of Old Town. Delightful staff. Simple but delicious breakfast options. Lovely pool. Free bicycles available. Very close to local restaurants & shops. Good size & comfy bed. Highly recommended.
