Room was available and ready slightly ahead of check-in; check-in was smooth. Staff was super helpful and everyone was accommodating for our child with special needs. Would stay again if in the area! Room held family of four quite comfortably.

Great, central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to walk everywhere around Porto. Large selection of food for breakfast. Would like to have seen more dairy-free options, for example, yogurt. I did see almond milk as an option. Had gluten-free options.

Check in very easy and checked me in early. Very centrally located in the historic district. Grocery store and many local dinners nearby. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and a wide selection of foods available. Clean room and a garden balcony on the 6th floor. This was a father and son trip from Chicago to visit the festival where everyone was playfully hitting each other with plastic hammers. I enjoyed this hotel and the people of Porto. Very safe area and I will stay again.
