The location was excellent — truly a 10/10. The hotel is right in the city center and within walking distance of São Bento Station, making it very convenient for exploring Porto. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. We reported that it was not cooling properly, and although the staff made efforts to address the problem, it never worked as it should during our stay. The breakfast selection was adequate, but the eggs and other hot items were consistently served cold. Aside from these issues, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff.

It is convienently located near San Bento train station. With a lot of attractions, activities and restaurants near by. It seems to be new renovated with modern bath, although no everyone would like the open layout. Breakfast is good for the price. It dose not have gym and pool. Guests could use the facilities in the sister hotel 7 mins away tho. Overall, as tourists, we like the hotel and would stay again in future.

It wasn’t cheap, but it’s probably one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at and the breakfast buffet is very good.

Excellent location, friendly staff, highly recommended.

We noticed that there was no door between the bedroom and bathroom after checking-in. Their website should have indicated clearly that the bathroom does not have any door/divider. The water stain was also on the baseboard. I believe the hotel seems to focus on too much on the designs of the room without considering practicality of the usage. Staff and the location were very nice though.

Nice property in a great location. No street noise in our room. Staff were all helpful. Room was small but well laid out.

Excellent location, close to everything. Room was clean and spacious, staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was very positive, if I could choose one thing that impressed me the most was the very attentive and kind staff, everyone from front desk, restaurant/ breakfast and room service.

WiFi is perfect
