This place is ok you pay the high price for the location, your in the middle of the city, seconds away from everything. Some parts of the building are very clean and tidy and up to date but it looks like there is a need for repair and update. If ya don't like lifts give it a miss, it's a first generation module. If your in a wheel chair or in a scooter you ain't getting in it. All in all it's not bad I have stayed in worse.its expensive for what you get it ain't a hotel is a b&b and breakfast is a 5 min walk away in a restaurant round the corner. AS I MENTIOND BEFORE YOUR PAYING FOR THE LOCATION.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful with suggestions on best shops and restaurants. Location was amazing!

Staff were helpful, clean rooms , it was great that breakfast was included, close to everything, loud at night was only downfall.

Need to have a small fridge in the rooms, still gave them 5 stars as everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay, very central to every thing with an easy walk to the markets and shops. The buffet breakfast at the Konnubio Restaurant was one of the best we had so far.

The room was vey clean and staff are very helpful.
