Room was clean, staff was super helpful when I had issues checking in and getting into my room (user error), and was a great location! Would stay here again for sure.

Functional and convenient

Room is fabulous. There was a lady that checked the room before we came. Glad she was there because this is our first time checkin through automated system.

Awesome sized rooms well kept , close to everything, nice little cafe downstairs for a snack , special thanks to Christian for his help with the check in .

This was the perfect place to stay in Florence. Close to the train station and walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. Alessio helped us so much! From holding our luggage until the time to check in, to giving us suggestions for places to eat and even helping us to get our luggage to the apartment. We are very grateful to him and to all the staff from the sister hotel near by that showed great hospitality towards us. The apartment is beautiful and clean and jus like the pictures. We will come back!

We had a very comfortable stay in Florence. Our only small complaint is that it was confusing to enter the property, but once we figured it out, the rest was perfect. Very clean and beautiful room, super comfortable, looked recently remodeled and well kept. Convenient location , a great place to stay in Florence.

Whilst the place had some pros (very clean, comfortable, close the the station). There were a few reasons this place didn't work for me. The check in system means there is no where to store your bags if you are early or want to explore the city before you leave. The room we stayed in had no mirror apart from one in a dark bathroom so had to do my make up in the dark. The pictured kitchen is a communal one and has nothing kitchen like in it. As we found out when looking for cutlery after a long day at work.

Incredible location in the heart of Florence, it’s like an old building in which a floor has been transformed into hotel rooms. Beautiful decor, incredible design. I wish the AC was working properly to give a 5 stars. The weather was so hot and the AC didn’t cool enough.

Great location beautiful room, I booked 4 diff stays cross Italy for the trip , this is the best one. Meets all expectations.
