Beautiful and tastefully decorated spot for the international traveler.

Very average. Not well located.

When traveling to Japan, we first arrived in Tokyo and stayed at a different hotel which was cheaper than the Kimpton hotel (Shinjuku). We wanted to leave Kimpton for our last leg of the trip as we thought it was a top class hotel. However, we were very disappointed as the hotel was quite far from SHINJUKU station (walking distance), also the room was extremely small comparing to the first hotel we stayed in Tokyo (Shibuya). There was a lobby as you arrive but no reception to sit down and mingle. In our trip to Japan we stayed in 3 different hotels and they were all spacious, close to a station and luxurious amenities for less money than what we paid for the Kimpton hotel in Shinjuku. Will not recommend this hotel as there are better hotels for cheaper cost and more luxurious than the Kimpton.

We booked a twin room to stay with my daughter. Unfortunately the room was so small we couldn’t even open our luggages. Hotel was clean. We paid 1K$ a night and for this price it wasn’t worth it. Also far from metro station

The rooms had an overpowering smell of disinfectant that was unbearable. King beds are more like queen size. Not a bad location - noisy street. Mid.

Non-English speaking servers confounded the service and ability to order what you want

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. There are great restaurants close by including a fluffy pancake restaurant walking distance. I am going back.

Breakfast service on floor 2 was not well organized. Proper training of staff to provide hot food and coffee needs work

Clean and modern hotel. Very nice staff. 20 min to sinjuku train station.

Amazing location in Shinjuku. Exceptional service from all staff very well mannered and helpful. Great hotel and amenities. Highly recommend.
