Our stay was an absolute delight! My daughter and I stayed for six nights and couldn’t have been happier. Beautifully clean, friendly staff, stunning restaurants and a calming refuge after long days of shopping. We will be back ❤️

不錯 Hotel facilities were amazing however male stuff were very rude , unhelpful and rude.
The female staff especially Miu was very helpful and went the extra mile to help. Fabio at the breakfast was very warm and welcome
Mr Soto was incredibly rude and would not help or help let you communicate with concierge
When asked to speak to the manager he was not interested and acted like he did not understand English
The rooms and breakfast was amazing but unfortunately I will not stay at a hotel with such unpleasant staff

The hotel is located in a very convenient area where you can easily access the underground and buses. There are many popular tourist attractions and shopping malls located within walking distance. We also caught the shuttle directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
