One elevated very slow, but I use the stairs a lot which I like

impressive breakfast buffet, and restaurant staff paid close attention to cleanliness and replenishing foods, drinks, etc. Housekeeping can use some improvement as used coffee packet was left sitting at the same spot when I first spotted it upon checkin (alerted front desk ) but after I had the room cleaned during my stay, the same trash was still sitting there .....

Awesome experience. This was a class act hotel

The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast fast had a good variety of things. They have a more or less big parking, so you will have a space for your car or bike. The staff is super nice and helpful

Great experience. It's write in city centre and near to central station.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, full of historic charm, and conveniently located close to the main attractions. The biggest disappointment was the level of customer service. Unfortunately, nearly every staff member I interacted with—from the front desk to the restaurant—came across as unfriendly and uninterested in welcoming guests. Simple questions were often met with brief, impersonal responses and little to no warmth. Basic courtesies such as “please,” “thank you,” or even a friendly smile were noticeably absent. While the property itself has many positive qualities, the lack of hospitality significantly affected my overall experience. It left me with the impression that the staff were either unhappy in their roles or simply did not enjoy interacting with guests.
