Food was great and the staff very helpful
The beach was not as cleaned as I would off thought, but could of been because of the beach reconstruction.
The rooms were very nice but the jacuzzi was not easily assesable, had no steps to get in, so we never used it

The staff was super helpful and friendly every time. Amenities are a little dated but usable.
The beachfront location is pretty amazing though, and it might be the reason we would stay there a second time if we visit Hoi An again.

Phenomenal Resort to stay at. Excellent breakfast buffet and you will love the little omelette lady. She is the BEST.
Beautiful rooms, excellent high quality linen and quiet A/C. And they keep it all all day.

Victoria Hoi An is as good as it was 13 years ago when we last visited. Its not a big modern resort but that’s what makes it charming!
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
The partial sea view room that we had was spotless with a very comfortable bed and a nice covered patio to sit out on.
There is a free shuttle bus three times a day into Hoi An but there are also several seafood restaurants just up the beach.
The pool area is lovely and the breakfast is varied. We will be back! Thank you

Thanks always Victoria, a world class resort. The beach will be a huge asset once finished. Pickleball court would be a benefit.
We love the staff, the food and the magical pool.

Lovely hotel on a newly restored beach.
The rooms are excellent especially the Japanese style Junior suite.
The breakfast is great with a very large selection of food.
The pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds and towels.
