Bathroom dirty with no light. Cable TV not working. But yes air conditioning was good

It was super dirty and the bathrooms were not clean at all.

This is the WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in my life. In fact, my wife left the hotel room within 5 minutes because of the stench smell of sewerage in the room and I left within an hour after using the bathroom. The room condition was horrible at the best, soiled bedsheet and towel. The chairs have holes on it and the stains are so bad that one cannot seat on it. The showerhead is gone. Water comes like a jet. The room smells like raw sewerage. It was very pathetic. The manager was so rude I felt threatened to talk to him and left the hotel as fast as I could. I am REALLY surprised, Hotels.com lists such shady hotels. This was a ripoff. I demand hotels.com should remove this hotel and REFUND my money. I have been a loyal customer of hotels.com. After this, I will think twice!

Good location. Room ok. Bed upholstery bad . Bathroom below average.

A terrible place to feel sick! I wonder why hotels.com does not have a minimum criterion before listing such a hotel.

Poor property. A.C was not working. Generally shabby. They charged us for the breakfast while we were given to understand that breakfast was included/ complimentary.

The shower tap is rusty and water control for water is not function

Foul smell, broken flush leaking water, dingy cramped bathroom.almost unusable

Terrible terrible hotel, smelly rooms. Will never come back here. Air-conditioning did not work and no hot water either.

This hotel was closed and there was a sign outside the hotel which was translated by a local stating the hotel was closed down by government
