Room were awful and overpriced

Clean rooms, excellent staff

Moved us to a different hotel saying that booking wasn't confirmed. When I tried to talk to them and understand the issue (so that it wouldn't happen in the future), they dismissed me without explaining. Also, the room was simply not up to the mark; too expensive for what it was. If it weren't 2 AM, I would not have taken any of this nonsense and would have just gone somewhere else. Will absolutely not recommend staying here or at any of their properties.

Adequate for an extremely budget hotel. Very noisy in the hallways.

Decent place for an overnight stay and close proximity to the airport

When arrived they didn't have my booking. They had to see my email for the booking. Literally I was asked by random staffs at least 6 times when I am leaving or checking out. Bathrooms were dirty and has Foul smell in the morning. Bed doesn't have side table on both sides. No night lights, no lamps. Some of the common things are not labeled, like hot water heater. Had a cold shower in the morning because I was in a hurry, in the evening I had to call someone to find the hot water button. Probably is not clean. Dust on the floor everywhere. No ac in hallways. There are mattresses in the hallway. There are so many things that are not right with this property.

the stay was so comfortable.. and safe location breakfast was yummy..

Neat and clean room and ambiance is also too good most important the staffs behavior and foods everything is good

Near to IGI airport, Spacious rooms, good facilities, and helpful staff – great for families.

Fast service, stunning rooms, and superb amenities – it was worth it
