Family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. Had connecting rooms. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Free shuttle into Sapa town center every hour was very convenient. Great coffee at the cafe. Highly recommend this hotel.

I can’t fault this hotel; and I have high standards. Every aspect exceeded my expectations - the room was comfortable with a very large bed. The restaurants were excellent and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! The hotel ambassador did a super job of checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure all was as required. Excellent hotel and I’m definitely going to revisit

This place is absolutely dreamy. Tops as the best hotel we stayed in during all these years. Incredible service staff, meticulously clean rooms and surroundings, Incredible breakfast with Steve the GM working the floor, lush beautiful gardens, breathtaking views of sapa, serene surroundings, architectural masterpiece and well trained, polite staff. Can't wait for our next stay in December. This hotel is worth visiting just to spend time at.
