I like it

Title: Great location, but highly invasive and strange serviceThe hotel's location is excellent Sand very close to major shopping areas and visiting churches cons AC Issue & Poor Reception Response: On my arrival date, after a long and exhausting day, I went to my room only to find it incredibly hot. I tried to turn on the AC but it wasn't working. I was so exhausted and overheated that I had to go to the reception in my pajamas just to ask for help. Instead of sending someone to check the unit, the receptionist simply asked for my room number and handed me a remote control. I was completely shocked by this bizarre response. Unacceptable Breach of Privacy: On the second day, we went out early and returned to find the AC turned off and the room window wide open. This happened outside of the regular housekeeping hours, which means someone entered our room solely to turn off the AC. This is completely unacceptable and a major breach of privacy . While the location is perfect, the service and the staff's behavior regarding the AC were very unprofessional and uncomfortable

The staff was very freindly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and well located, allowing to visit Florence on foot.

The facilities are very old, such as the electrical outlets and the air conditioning; it would be good if they started replacing them with more suitable ones. Its distance from the city center is very good.

Very secure. As a solo traveler, it made me feel safe. The room was clean and it had an incredible AC.

Emplacement près du centre. Personnel courtois. Un petit café juste en face pour les déjeuner!! Vieux mais propre. Lit confortable.

Management were very helpful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and sightseeing.
